So,  now it is saturday morning.  I report to the delta checkin, and just like the local hotels, they refuse the electronic ticket from Northwest.  I return to northwest and get a paper ticket.  Then it's back to delta where they give me an exit row seat.

Then, due to another flight cancellation,  they take my seat back, saying that delta customers have to be given the seats.

So back to northwest.  They call delta to complain, which does no good.  Now I'm stuck waiting for a 2:30 flight to Detroit.  From there I might get to Knoxville.  If all goes well,  I'll get home about 12 more hours from now.

There's a NorthWest poster on the wall that says: "Go where there is NOTHING TO DO."

I don't think this is what they meant.
